During the trial week, you were introduced to the exercises and made aware of the correct execution. With the good music, you can train in a relaxed manner and you don't need headphones.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A great studio with many opportunities to work out. From CrossFit to machine training. The trainers put their heart and soul into it and are very committed. And anyone who thinks it's only for young people is far from it. On the contrary, it is also just right for the older generation. The training plans are tailored to you and the workouts are checked to correct any errors. I can recommend it to everybody. Visit the gym and let yourself be surprised!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Nextlevel fitness studio is a truly unique studio in our region. After a short training period, I noticed the first successes. The support from the trainers is very good. They are extremely knowledgeable in their field, design great training plans, which are constantly being changed and adapted. Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very happy with the gym. The trainers are very competent and take the time to create an individual plan. The studio is very modern and open to members 24/7. Especially with the current temperatures, it's great not to be tied to opening times. What I also think is great is this community, which has grown among the members and coaches. There is no other gym for me! ♥️

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very competent trainers, training plan individually tailored to me; thereby rapid progress. The Crossfit courses are feasible for everyone because you can scale the individual exercises...from easy to difficult. Sporting fairness, friendliness and always an open ear are top priorities here. Trainers pay a lot of attention to clean technique when performing the exercises, which is of course very important. I feel comfortable and in good hands here. I would even give more than 5 stars.

Fantastische Erfahrung: At the beginning I was very skeptical because it was said that people only pump here and only athletes can train here. After I got an idea for myself and spoke to trainer Ronny in detail for the first time and created my individual training plan, I realized that my initial skepticism was stupid! Both trainers have absolute expertise, which goes far beyond a 0815 fitness trainer. Absolutely recommended for every body type, age, gender and most importantly, for anyone who wants to prevent or alleviate/heal physical ailments! My conclusion: Any negative rumors are worth nothing and the trainers have much more potential than many many trainers here in the region!

Fantastische Erfahrung: 2 floors. CrossFit-Parkour, Heavy Lift platforms! A mix of old school & new, super innovative devices. In addition, a super nice community, very good coaches who show you your mistakes and motivate you to perform at your best again and again. I've been to many fitness studios & none (by far) do you have such opportunities to quickly become a good athlete. Also ideal for clubs!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym. Perfectly equipped and very nice and competent fitness trainers / managers.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was already registered in several gyms in Suhl, but this is by far the best. Lots of new high quality equipment (Gym80) and 5 power racks. This means that you can actually always follow through with your plan without having to evade because something is occupied! The trainers are also very nice and helpful.
