Fantastische Erfahrung: Who is looking for holistic training, i.e. regardless of age, fitness level or previous sporting history want to improve their mobility, strength, endurance and range of motion, here is the right Crossfit box. With their experience, the certified coaches adapt the workouts to the respective needs of the participants, so that a progression takes place in all of the above-mentioned areas. The box has a large training area with a lot of equipment. In addition to the "classic" Crossfit WODs, additional courses in kettlebell, Olympic weightlifting, yoga and courses for children and teenagers are offered. An international community welcomes you very warmly. Clear recommendation from me, 5 out of 5 stars, keep it up.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Awesome community and great coaches. Always a treat to be training with so many impressive and nice People. Has a lot of state if the art equipment and is a really big box. Can only recommend to drop by if you're in Trier or to sign up if you permanently live in Trier
