The courses are designed at a very high level, while at the same time the needs of each individual participant are addressed very individually. A wide range of courses (including yoga, Qigong and sound mediation), supplemented by workshops, nutritional advice and a great massage from a physiotherapist. The rooms are bright, clean and everything you need is there! Due to the different tickets that you can buy/book, there is always something for the professionally and privately busy participant. Training outside is especially great when the weather cooperates!
