Positive Erfahrung: I attended the gym as part of a month-long study. I was really happy with the offer. The studio does not work with classic sports equipment, but with modern technology (PIXFORMANCE Smart Trainer). In my opinion, this has advantages and disadvantages and in the end it is probably a matter of type and taste whether you like it. I can definitely recommend trying it out! It's harder than you would think. The biggest advantage of training is that the execution of the compiled exercises can be observed and corrected if necessary. This ensures that you train in a way that is easy on the joints, efficient and effective. In addition, you are generally looked after much more closely so that the goals you have set can also be implemented with the help of individual training. Great praise also goes to the employees, who are all very friendly and attentive.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was there as part of a 4 week abdominal study. Including initial and final measurement to see the success. (I lost quite a bit of body fat and gained muscle mass ) I felt very comfortable there! ☺️ Nice clean studio. Great team! Everyone is super friendly, they give you a great introduction to the training and make sure that you do the exercises correctly. The training concept is also really good. If you log in "normally", the training is set individually for everyone and refined/changed depending on the progress. Absolutely recommendable ☺️

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was a gym muffle until I took part in the belly-off study with you. Now I'm addicted!! Such great, varied exercises, fast results, knowledgeable and helpful staff. If I've done my exercises after just half an hour, I feel really good, so I'm completely enthusiastic and will diligently recommend you to others!!

The intensive training units only last a good 30 minutes, so that they can also be integrated into everyday life. I'm excited!

Positive Erfahrung: I like to train at times when the club is closed for an extra charge, 6 am-10pm is great. For me, in shift work, that would not be possible any other way. I keep my weight with the exercises and the movement is good for me. The trainers are great sports enthusiasts, since everyone has a résumé, you can find out more about them. I can shower in the club, which I think is great. The monthly fee is pretty high, I get along well.
