After several "attempts" with various sports activities, I have been a member for 2 years and have not regretted it. You can really feel at home there! Fantastische Erfahrung: We are not yet completely out of the Corona, the Fit Inn team is already giving everything again. Not that it hasn't done that before. Despite the low number of visitors and the imposed severely limited service, the whole team always spreads a good mood and always had a cool saying on their lips. You feel in good hands here and professionally supported. I give this assessment for a good reason. I've been training here 2-3 times a week since 2015. I trained at different times of the day and always felt that I was in good hands. The training options are very diverse and you can always carry out your own training optimally. If you have any problems, you will be given great advice and support by showing you the right exercises to get fit again. That's what happened to me - since then pain-free. The rooms are very appealing - somehow a cozy atmosphere, almost familiar. You feel in good hands here and I can really recommend it. - No, I was not moved to write this post, it is rather an opportunity for me to express my thanks for the past years.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've known the studio for many years and have always been very satisfied. There you have everything you need to train. There is a wide range of courses for example. Zumba, yoga, stomach-legs-butt workouts and much more. There is also a beautiful sauna paradise that invites you to relax. My highlight there is the five (back and gelek center) I love doing exercises for my back and my joints at the end. Very friendly counters and trainer staff !! Which is also very important. Everyone is always very nice and welcomes you :) even now in the difficult corona phase, the team does everything wonderfully, the hygiene and the distance are maintained so that you don't have to worry. I really enjoy being there and can leave my everyday life behind and switch off !!

Great functional outdoor and indoor training areas. Cardiokino - a wide range of cardiovascular equipment in large, well-ventilated media rooms. 2x chip card controlled MILON training circles (strength and cardiovascular system), very effective five back and joint concept, which consists of a device course and a trigger room for targeted pain reduction. In addition, 2 Vakufit devices are available for promoting blood circulation and regeneration. Informative and interesting workshops and targeted nutrition and health programs round off the whole thing perfectly. A spacious sauna area with an outdoor area and many loungers can be used to relax. You will receive a friendly welcome at the counter and there is a wide range of drinks, bars and high-quality shakes. Here, health training is possible for every age and individual fitness level. Make an appointment --- get studio experience --- absolutely recommendable !!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great studio with a family atmosphere. You can always find a competent contact person. But what I like most is that the focus here is on holistic health and not just on pure strength training. In any case, I feel very well cared for here.

During the lockdown period, online courses and even live courses are offered free of charge. I would particularly like to highlight the yoga live course with Beate Treusch on Thursday evening. Beate has an incredibly nice and empathic manner, can explain very well and makes this course extremely varied (there is always a quieter introductory part with e.g. breathing exercises, a more active part with various asanas and at the end a longer relaxation exercise while lying down, which among other things makes a good one Night sleep helps), each time a completely different program is offered. You can tell that this committed yoga teacher loves what she does, because at the end of the day, the faces of the participants regularly smile.

Fantastische Erfahrung: At the end of August 2016 the time had come. I was sick of my last vacation picture and climbed into the ring to win the fight against the kilos. Through the supervision of the gym Fit-Inn in Mörlenbach, I succeeded with great success. After only 12 weeks of intensive training and a new nutritional concept, I lost a fabulous 20 kilograms. Now even the very intensive courses are fun and often I even hang two together. In the morning I also do my daily push-ups and abdominal exercises. The sport has changed me and so I like to start the day.
