Positive Erfahrung: Sauber und modernes Fitnessstudio. Nette Mitarbeiter. Park-Haus direkt auf der selben Etage. Derzeit gilt hier die 2G+ Regel. Es kann allerdings ein Selbsttest unter Aufsicht in der Filiale gemacht werden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Positive Erfahrung: Ich gehe jetzt schon seid über drei Jahren zwei Mal die Woche dort hin. Es ist ruhig und man muss an den Geräten nie warten. Die Trainer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Been going for years. Great studio. Very nice wait staff and competent trainers. The sunbeds were always clean for me. I think the price-performance ratio is pretty good and there is no part of the body that you cannot (normally) train there. I think the number of devices is also very high, so that you can almost always turn on what you want to train. I don't know whether the equipment / weights are designed for professional bodybuilders, but you can get information about everything very quickly and very nicely at the bar in the entrance. I don't use the room with all the courses or the large badminton court, but they seem to be very popular as I see it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I haven't been there for a long time, it was still called Fitness & More. Since I have not canceled my contract, it also continued with Corona Lockdown, now I am told that I have a credit. I think that's ok so far but I have to take care of it myself. The premises (men’s changing room, showers and toilets) are very clean, the sports equipment is also clean, all athletes clean their place after their training, there is disinfectant and paper towels everywhere to clean everything that has been used. There are different areas that can be used. Pure weight training and group workouts. All around supi the music is a bit loud, so I have my own with me.

The huge amount of space, with a large selection in the cardio, equipment, TRX, and free-weight area, it is thanks to the fact that you can always motivate yourself easily through training through lively variety. The friendly and helpful staff completes the excellent overall impression. // As a personal opinion: Since a lot of value is placed on serious customers, no dodgy pumper-figures à la McFIT or FitX are found here.

I also looked at the other gyms in Wuppertal beforehand. After 4 months I can say that it was the right decision to go to fitness and more. At the turn of the year the owner changed and it will be called 5 star fitness. I'm curious to see what will be improved. According to the employees, a lot should still happen.
