The owner Walter makes sure that the exercises are carried out correctly and gives many helpful tips. He is extremely motivating and regular analyzes allow you to closely monitor his progress. I really recommend this studio. In large chains you are often left alone after the introduction, but here you have great support. That's why you stay on ball and pursues his goal. There are also enough devices and these are almost always free. It is really very pleasant to train there and can only recommend this studio to everyone!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I did my first EMS training on Wednesday October 7th. After initial skepticism, I decided to do an EMS trial training. After only 30 minutes of training under the professional guidance of Walter, I was amazed at the training effect achieved. In order to achieve the same training effect with conventional training, at least I need 3 times the training time. I also had sore muscles again in areas where I no longer knew that muscles still existed.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Recommended studio. You can go about your training here in peace. Very well-stocked devices, top advice. Hygiene is not just a concept and the range of dietary supplements is above average. Another studio with the operator's heart and soul and not a "Flat Mucki Bude" in which you can run away from the moans and babble of the injected pumps. A real insider tip for everyone who wants to train effectively.

The studio is well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a modern fitness and health training. Very positive is that it is an owner-managed studio. Walter Schröder is always motivated to offer his members optimum training opportunities at the latest level of training. Very individual and competent care, are here of course. In addition, the Act-Fit offers a varied and interesting course program, with dedicated instructors. All members are provided by the owner and his team with the ideal setting to meet their personal goals in Acti Fit, to reach. The studio has a familiar and friendly atmosphere. If it takes me again into the vicious circle of Nieder-Olm, the Acti-Fit is my first choice again!
