Fantastische Erfahrung: Update to my last report here is a lot has been done and can only say I'm thrilled it was very much renewed the Gym 80 devices are great and everything the athlete's heart desires is 100% fulfilled is now the third time with my girlfriend here I have always been my favorite but this has now changed quite clearly so I imagine a 5 star gym before which is also very pleasant .. is the atmosphere you just feel good and has fun sweating you have to search around radius long to find such a good gym .. can only say you will not find a better I am otherwise very critical but because I have nothing to complain about .. to the staff I do not need to write anything are just great fit perfectly to the whole take a lot of time to explain everything well .. for the people who need help ......... Good gym that is still under construction ... still has the g old gym equipment that demand a lot ... End of the year is still a lot changed in the relax what I'm looking forward to it is the construction of smaller and everything on one level ... not to compare with Minden ... even if Minden is my favorite is the relax in Bückeburg its very special charm ... staff is great as well as in minden ... Park possibilities are also okay ... Gym is recommended because it will shine soon in a new light.

Wellness, courses, aqua courses, weight training on dumbbells and machines and milon (whole body training). If there are no courses in the water, you can also swim. With the card you get, you log on, get your drink and finish your spin. The trainers and counter staff are nice. Music not pushy. Large parking lot. In Minden on Simeonsplatz there is also a relax with a swimming pool.
