Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym. Good range of courses and rehabilitation treatments. Showers, sauna and a nice ambience as well as a very nice and helpful team are available. Very competent trainers. I can only recommend the establishment.

Fantastische Erfahrung: First class, best equipment, excellent service from staff .... friendly, helpful and professionals, the completely mixed audience makes the club happy, humane and homely. Very wide range. A happy-go-there spot in Lichtenberg. Complaints at a high level: Sauna ... I miss a plunge pool, more comfortable and more loungers, scented shower ... the simple furnishings would do a little more comfort and glamor.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was received very nicely there and an individual training plan was worked out with me after a detailed discussion. You get help with training at any time and it's never overcrowded. The training equipment is okay and available in sufficient numbers so that there are no waiting times. It's very often older clientele there and not the annoying, young pumpers from cheap fitness chains. The higher price is fully justified. I like to train there very regularly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: This fitness and health studio is a small gold mine in Lichtenberg. As ugly as the neighborhood may be, it is so pretty in the Vital. Lots of wood, cozy flair, brick - you feel like you've been moved a bit elsewhere and for the first time I combine sport with relaxation and time for myself. Of course, the opportunity to lie in the sauna after exercising also helps. The staff is (as has already been said many times) incredibly competent, demanding and empathetic in the best sense of the word. It's pretty familiar, but you still get some peace and quiet and nobody is intrusive. This also applies to customers. In many "mass studios" it was hardly possible for me without stupid looks, explanations where you might not want any or even to train stupid sayings. It is different in the vital. The audience is well mixed, but everyone is on their way to a fitter life, not looking for disco muscles and I have the feeling that one supports one another. (You can of course build disco muscles if you want to. That's the nice thing - you can just be who you are here.) The fact that health plays a decisive role is a very pleasant side effect - regardless of whether you are old or young- For example, I was able to receive good help with a fiber tear and still create a great training plan. If that sounds too comfortable for you, you are wrong. Since Vital is well equipped and if you want that, you will be pushed to your limits. But with joy and self-confidence. Training is often very stressful, but success after training is very effective. Why? Well, the location alone in an old factory building is extraordinary. The whole team is in a class of its own, friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism are innate, keep it up. The members are overwhelmingly most pleasant contemporaries, no matter Whether young or old, really friendly relations developed. Hardly Poser, clever eggs and the like, fits. Our coffee rounds (sometimes even a few sporty beers flow) is already legendary. All about 6 weeks we have up to 15 participants our Friday night food somewhere in this city. Where is this? Fantastische Erfahrung: I can only recommend the studio to any sports enthusiast. The on-site staff is very nice, knowledgeable and take care of each member. The studio is very clean and all devices are working properly. I think it's very good that the studio is not overcrowded, so it feels at home and it creates a fairly private atmosphere. Through the vital check before the start of the training it is possible to create an individual training plan.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Personal and familiar sports and fitness studio with a mixed crowd from younger to older. The focus is on individual care with dedicated trainers and employees. There is health-oriented training on equipment, i.a. also computer-controlled Milon-Zirkel, free training and in many different varied courses incl. Rehasport on medical prescription. There is also some wellness (for example jet massage, solarium, etc.) and sauna (dry and bio-steam alternating, as well as separate infrared sauna) and a bistro. It's not a cheap chain or ~ franchise with 24/7 hours, but worth its price. Many members have been training there for years to decades and that should speak for the studio.

The gym is no "club", no see and be seen the place. It's a nice place where variety and respect are part of the golden rules. The facility is complete and you can also enjoy some extra sessions such as yoga, pilates, and so on. For me, the most important is the organization. Most gyms in Berlin are CROWDED and people have zero concern about other around... in Vital you can do dumbells, machine, calisthenics, functional or pilates without further concern... just pick what you want and do it (and bring the wights back when you finish). Another important fact is the staff. Happy, helpful and present... Always ready for their customers. if you are nearby Friedrishain, Lichtenberg, Friederischesfelde or any area around I would say this is THE SPOT. Plus, is EASY PEASY to get there... (near S+U Lichtenberg, with several connections). have a look, it's worthwhile.
