Fantastische Erfahrung: positive: everything clean and well-kept, sufficient air purifier, lots of choice in the wellness area, large selection of courses and the trainers are super motivating negative: in the last few months, a lot of new devices have been purchased, for which the already high membership fee has been increased. However, the new devices are not always better and in some cases the number of pieces has been reduced so that you now have to wait more often for a device. In addition, there is still no automatic check-in check-out, which has been announced for a long time, so there are often queues. With a lower membership fee I would still tacitly accept that. I'm only here because of the proximity to my apartment. Edit: now there is automatic check-in. I also like the Cyclone spinning format, in which the intensity is linked to individual performance. Hence 2 more stars

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Meridian Spa is of the standard you would expect for the price, the trainers are very nice. The technical problems have been fixed and after Corona the training continues as usual. During the lockdown everything was renovated and new devices were bought, the new bracelets make check-in/out easier. From my point of view, the best thing about the Meridian Spa is the trainers, all really good, very nice and motivating. It's always a lot of fun to sweat there :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Went to Meridian for a massage and it was outstandingly good (the therapist was Zhanshan Yang). There was a small hiccup when I arrived (the therapist I initially booked called in sick). The staff was super friendly and helped resolve it quickly. Thanks again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The place to be in Frankfurt: fitness, wellness and really great courses (and apps that you can book easily - Cyclone & Yoga courses are highly recommended - great trainers, it's a lot of fun). Far the best fitness/spa in the town. My partner and I have been members for over 4 years and had a couple of complaints recently which were very professional and perceived. For this and for the continuous & positive changes to the Frankfurt facility and employees, 5 stars.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The place is clean and well maintained the staff so helpful and friendly price wise is so fare and good with all the facilities they got I think it’s a fare price for it. They got gym , training classes and good instructors , saunas , wellness and spa , a very nice swimming pool and a nice terrace on top. I only recommend to them to have there sign visible because I got a recommendation from a friend that’s the only way I knew them but it toke me a while to know how to get to there facility.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Arguably the best gym in the city area of Frankfurt. GM of the gym is always on the floor and around to make sure service is great at all touch points. Great job Sylvia and team at the gym.

Fantastische Erfahrung: March 2022 I think it's a shame that many only write here when they've just gotten angry and don't even mention the times they've enjoyed in this complex. It gives you something to think about when you read a review from someone who has been a member of a facility for years that he finds so terrible and also pays money for it . I used to work in a gym myself and therefore always see 2 pages. Of course something is broken in such a large system, but it is taken care of directly. But you also know that from home that you also have to rely on external companies and you have to wait until the craftsman comes or a spare part is ordered. During the Corona period, the studio proved to be more than goodwill. The contributions were suspended without being asked. A friend of mine even got another rest period when he didn't want to use the studio during the last Corona measures (!). Even so, I think they did a good job. There are always those who say it's too strict and others who find that there aren't enough controls. I noticed a few situations - the employees can almost feel sorry for such a lack of understanding. I also found the studio a bit more comfortable before, but the many positive aspects such as Blaze ❤ the new stretch corner or the bistro outweigh it. I can say that I feel good and am happy to have found this place! In any case, make up your own mind.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wow. This place is spectacular. Expansive facilities with multiple saunas, steam, whirlpool, foot baths and large swimming pool (under a skylit dome). Also, a big outdoor rooftop relaxation area with Japanese garden, fountain and drink bar. The swimming pool was honestly the differentiator from other saunas for me; large, clean and beautifully lit. Spending a few hours at Meridian as a traveler was an important relaxation stop for me (only €37 day pass with towel rental!). It's a bit awkward to locate if you don't know the area; it's on the top floor of the mall. Speaking a bit of German is really helpful for checking in as a guest and figuring out how to use the lockers. And if you haven't done the German sauna before, they have the guidelines printed in English; make sure you note which areas permit swimsuits (pool) and forbid them (most of sauna area is fully nude but important to be covered when walking in common areas.) Also of note, many people bring their own water. If you drink a lot of water at the spa know it's not provided, and you have to buy it by the glass at the drink bar.
