Fantastische Erfahrung: Have tested an aqua fitness course. We were so satisfied that we signed up for the next one. Great also, that one missed appointments in another course can catch up. Unfortunately, we could not accept the offered free appointment for outdoor training yet. But a great offer.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am now registered for the first time in a course of Outlex Fitness and have participated in aqua training 8 times and I am very satisfied, I signed up immediately for the next aqua-course. The trainer Susi drives us also powerful, so we even sweat in the water. :-) If you are a sports muffle and still want to achieve a bit of fitness and still want to have fun, then I can recommend the aqua course.
