Fantastische Erfahrung: Habe in insgesamt sechs Studios Probetraining absolviert. Schlussendlich habe ich mich im Fitnessgym angemeldet. Was soll ich sagen, bin jetzt mittlerweile schon seit acht Monaten Mitglied und bin mind. dreimal die Woche vor Ort. Auch preislich schaffen es andere Studios nicht mitzuhalten. Wenn die Musik wieder funktionieren würde, wäre alles bestens, dennoch sehr zu empfehlen.

As is usual in large gyms, there is no permanent eye on the execution. But you can always ask if someone can look. You also get competent advice. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help with questions (whether training or nutrition). I work out early in the morning. Usually there is not so much going on

When I see other studios with very old equipment (broken equipment). Back then, parking was my problem in the gym, but every studio in Lüdenscheid has this problem. The solariums can now also be used again and are free of charge for all members during the lockdown until they are regularly reopened. The membership fee will also be credited back to the membership after reopening, so that there is no financial disadvantage. You can't expect more performance within a lockdown. I am very satisfied with the studio and can recommend it to everyone. Thanks to the team!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I only went to the trial training session with my wife. A good training plan was drawn up for us, the equipment was shown, explained and demonstrated with us. Questions were answered patiently and very nicely. Every employee is there for questions and help immediately. We are now since the 16.6. Members and there every other day. It is a lot of fun to do sports again, and for so little cost, because a large part of the amount, which is not too high anyway, is borne by many employers. For me too, it's now just under € 10 per month, and that's really little money for a good gym. All equipment there is good and well-maintained, everything is clean and tidy. I can only recommend that you take a look even if you don't like sports.

There is a flat rate in addition per quarter 12,50 euros, however, the trainer are always at your disposal and they create you super training plans there is ne nutritional advice is included in the price. I think it's great that there is a lady area, but it is not unpleasant even in the mixed area, as the clientele is very mixed. Courses, sauna and solarium are also available. The dressing rooms and sanitary facilities are clean and modern. You just feel comfortable. Value for money is unbeatable.

Since I am a trained fitness clerk and trainer myself, I can also assess the competence of the employees. Nobody is poorly trained or works without a license. The studio is modernized regularly and cleanliness is very important there. I, as a woman, cannot confirm that you are gawked at. There is also a separate ladies area there. I don't know of any other studio in which the price-performance ratio is more than right. I recommend everyone to get their own picture first.

Of course, it is relatively fuller than in other studios. However, this does not bother me personally.
