Fantastische Erfahrung: Here you are really well looked after, everything is completely relaxed and uncomplicated, a great atmosphere in the studio and you feel understood. In addition, with therapists who also know what they are doing. In rehab sports, the individual people are very well addressed and explained. I ended up here 4 months ago with massive back problems and thanks to the sport and the massage table once a week, almost no problems again. This result after such a short time is simply priceless. I can only recommend 1-2-3- Rückenfit in Ahrensburg. Now I am feeling my way further with the EMS suit and I am also very satisfied here. And my back thanks me every day.

I am young and very athletic and I never thought that it would give me such sore muscles. Because the whole body is actually addressed within just 20 minutes, it is actually a great alternative to the gym.
