I had to give this rating for the following reasons: Last week my health was not good and still went to the GYM-24 for training. Unfortunately, I became miserable during training and I passed out. The staff present took care of me very warmly and even drove home. It couldn't have been better. The next day the club manager called me to find out how I was doing. I felt better again and I was very happy about it. The hammer came - yesterday I received a box of chocolates and a card with well-being wishes from the management. Isn't that awesome. I would never have expected something like this and it overwhelmed me so much that I absolutely have to pass it on. Many thanks again to the whole GYM team.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After I had gained a lot of bacon rings over the years, something had to happen. While looking for a studio near me, I found out about Gym24 through friends and first got an overview on the homepage. I found the opportunity to complete a whole week of free trial training in which you can test all the services (sauna, vibration plate, flat-rate drinks, EGym equipment, etc.). This was particularly important to me because I wanted to try out not only the equipment, but also various courses. In a single day or in a few hours, this is not possible. Since I've never been to a fitness center before, I was extremely nervous and totally excited. Completely unfounded, as it turned out. I made an appointment by phone and was welcomed in a super friendly way. A trainer then took a lot of time and asked me about my goals and possible physical limitations / pain. After warming up I was briefed on the E-Gym equipment without further explanations. Why not on other devices was not explained to me. After the week of trial training, it was clear to me: direct hit! I then signed up straight away. In addition to monthly debits of the fees, you can also pay in advance and, if necessary, ask about special conditions or terms. For me, for example only an annual and not a two-year contract in question. You can then talk to the trainer about this. In total, the following things convinced me (especially compared to the competition): price-performance ratio is unbeatable, mixed audience (young, old, thick, thin ...) and no anabolic proletarian, use 24 hours a day ( how cool is that?), course offer is included and is a lot of fun, always super clean and tidy, extremely nice staff that spreads a good mood and greets friendly, modern equipment and constantly new material (rubber bands, balls, steppers, etc.) for the courses, parking directly in front of the door, showering does not cost extra, all studios can be used inclusive, in-body scales for body fat and muscle mass analysis (costs extra, but is worthwhile), if you are sick or on vacation you can do the training suspend and "append" this time to the back of the contract - super fair! I have been training several times a week for almost 6 months now and always feel good there. I have already referred friends who are also very satisfied. It is always easy to get into conversation with other guests. The physical success also speaks for itself! There is a star deduction due to small things: toilet and towel paper that is missing several times, rubber ripples are loosened in the cross trainer handles in Herrenberg, changing rooms for wheelchair users cannot be reached (1st floor or 1st basement), some of the devices in Calw are standing. pretty close together. However, this is complaining at a very high level! In the meantime I've also tested other studios (well-known chains). The Gym24 can easily keep up with the platinum clubs of another provider, but at a much fairer price!
