Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been there for about 2 months now. I was well received and everything was explained to me well. First, I was allowed to let off steam on the power circle for a first To build up "basic muscles" and to get used to the equipment. Yesterday I had a nutrition talk with dear Marie and she created a new training plan for me. She adapted the training plan perfectly to my needs (I have a herniated disc) and showed all the equipment and exercise procedures. I also think it's great that Marie uploaded my own training plan to the McShape app for me. So I have everything in view. Knows what equipment, how much weight and how many repetitions to do. All in all really great!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Had personal coaching with Julia yesterday as part of my contract. That was outstanding! Here all my questions were answered in detail, my training plan was looked at and the technique in my exercises was improved. You can clearly see that Julia knows what she is talking about, as she has been doing weight training very successfully for about 14 years. The equipment is okay, there are newer ones in other studios, but that doesn't limit me in any of my exercises. As in all studios, it is quite crowded at peak times, but bearable. Just switch between exercises. The only thing that bothers me is that they charge 50 cents for the shower. Otherwise great!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Write an email and receive a call from the staff. Everything can be discussed personally on the phone. Big compliments to Tim who explained everything to me. Even after the pandemic, I want to train again, so I don't want to cancel my contract. The employees certainly do not have it easy with all the members. Still, they do their best. Calling all complaint mails to talk about it personally is certainly not something that every shop does.
