The staff always has an open ear for everyone, of course for me too .. Appointments are always made on request in order to create an individual training plan for everyone personally and tailored to their needs. I like this very special. All devices are explained to you in detail, so that you have a very good feeling when doing the individual training units. Keep it up! ❤

The great atmosphere and pleasant togetherness give each training session a special character. The equipment of this premium studio is top, obviously value is placed on quality and all devices are always in perfect condition. What's more, it's spotlessly clean everywhere. You get a first diagnosis and a personalized plan at the beginning explained by one of the trainers in different sessions according to what you want either cutting or bulking. You can request a new plan and a new body composition scan afterwards to check the progress. Delicious protein shakes and energy beverages, big space, ventilated, clean, competent and nice staff (English and German speakers), modern and sufficient equipment, not crowded even on weekends, well located, good price and the most important: you see the results on your body!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The training in clever fit Stadtallendorf is very varied and a lot of fun. But the training and courses with Rodi are mostly fun, everyone is animated with their energy and good mood. It’s a good decision to come here. It's always worth it.

The audience is totally mixed from young to old, so really something for everyone. The courses are a lot of fun and they always come up with new ideas for courses or activities.
