Fantastisches Erlebnis: A very nice family studio, in which older people also feel comfortable. I particularly like the courses on offer, there is a wide range and there is actually something for everyone. The training area is spacious and the equipment is new. I feel very comfortable there. The location is easy to reach by car (there is enough parking space), but also on foot or by bike. The studio is not far from downtown.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very good studio, a lot has improved since the owner changed. Everything has been renovated and there are now some new devices. The only thing that would be great would be new kickboxing pads. But you can tell that things are progressing and that money is finally being put into it! EDIT: A lot of new martial arts equipment has now been bought. No more wishes unfulfilled. Top!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: My children like to go to children's kung fu training and during that time I can train in the studio. This is ideal for me. No looking for a parking space, as there are enough parking spaces. It is also super pleasant that it is not overcrowded here and that I have always been able to train in peace.

There is also a crossfit area and a box room. If you like, you can also go to the sauna. Fantastisches Erlebnis: The atmosphere in this studio is just great! Many devices have recently been replaced by new ones, others are tried and tested and add to the charm of the studio. You have a great view while training and it is not too crowded! The training plan is individually tailored to the person through two preliminary discussions with the definition of personal goals. Thanks to the combination packages with other sports offers, the price-performance ratio is great. You can always find a free parking space. Conclusion: nice people, great support if required and a charming atmosphere. Excellent!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great studio. Nice people and individual care. Super experienced trainers. Not too crowded. Everything you need. Great coffee and two classrooms. No mass processing. Some devices are no longer brand new, but the room has a special atmosphere for training. Spinning classes are great! Then relax in the sauna and in the wellness room.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Of all the studios I've tried, the best atmosphere by far. Staff and customers are very friendly and there is a huge selection of courses. I've been looking for a gym that I like and found it here.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very familiar fitness studio with the most beautiful view over Giessen and the surrounding area. It combines martial arts, fitness and also has a very large range of yoga. There is something for everyone and families also get their money's worth. I can only recommend it!

It's just fun to train there & the courses that are offered are great I can recommend it to everyone! Especially for people like me who don't feel comfortable in overcrowded fitness studios.

Personal and competent support, no overcrowded training area, individual training plans, family atmosphere, a large selection of courses for all ages and training levels as well as a crossfit area and a boxing room. The membership fee also includes use of the showers and sauna. A drink flat is available for a small amount It is definitely worth visiting and convincing yourself with a trial training!
