Fantastische Erfahrung: Since 2009 I have been taking the Pilates course regularly on Thursday morning, first with Sabine, now with Anja. Through the course "Pilates after pregnancy" I became aware of the VfL Center and have been a loyal Pilates fan ever since. Anja Rauh is an excellent Pilates trainer. The course is always varied, always enriched with new, yet unknown exercise units. The body regions are trained and moved through the use of different training devices such as Pilates rolls, Brazil, large or small balls, so that each exercise unit sets different priorities. Tensions are reduced, balance is trained, muscles and fitness are built up. Anja herself is a personable motivator who always responds to the course participants personally and offers help or alternative exercises if physical restrictions exist. If other Pilates trainers jump in in exceptional cases, they are also motivated and competent. In this Thursday morning course you are not an anonymous number. Due to the high number of "regular customers" and regular participants we know each other and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere makes the training even more fun. New colleagues are always welcome. No wonder that many of us participants have been keeping their Thursday morning free for years! It is our wellness morning. Fit with great fun - thanks to Pilates and Anja. Please continue!

Fantastische Erfahrung: VfL offers courses for all ages - from children to seniors. There are also special courses for mothers, even with childcare if you are unable to give the baby away. I have not seen this service in any other gym, the staff is also very friendly. The nice thing about the VfL is that you are not bound by a long gag contract, but can enroll in different courses depending on the semester and they are also affordable. Can only recommend it!

Fantastische Erfahrung: A clean and first class equipped training center with a very competent and nice team. The devices are up to date and the prices are very fair. The VFL Center has developed extremely well in the past ten years and has the right offer for every age group. The center does not have to hide behind the competition in terms of courses either.
