Fantastische Erfahrung: I do cardio & strength training. There is enough everything you need for training. Great modern devices! Unfortunately, I was only in Mayen for 6 months because of my civil service training, but this gym is particularly memorable. Trainers & service are all super nice and helpful. Small but mighty, family to boot. Sufficient parking spaces available.

Spinning, etc. For me the almost perfect studio. You always have an open ear for improvements and there are also pole dance courses, but that's nothing for me
