Fantastische Erfahrung: The training studio is small but nice. There is usually little going on, so you are protected from "rush". You can store your clothes in lockers. There is also a shower. The membership is quite expensive, but also includes 6-week "coach talks" in which fat and muscle measurements are made and a new training plan is created tailored to his needs and desires. Also at the official opening hours there are always coaches available for questions (exercises etc.). The exercises are not done on equipment, but are done with the body and small weights, tapes, balls, etc. If there are no official opening hours you can still train with admission card daily from 6 to 23 o'clock.
