Fantastische Erfahrung: The training of a maximum of 3 is super motivating (also thanks to the trainer) and only takes 30 minutes for functional training. But it's super effective and fun. There are lockable compartments in the changing rooms, as well as a shower and hairdryer.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great workout. I've been with it for a while and it's a lot of fun. The trainers cater to all individual requests. Good location, the trainers are super professional and can really motivate.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After the first Corona wave, I had a few pounds more on my ribs and a lot was just too tight. I've been training at my best since June in Biberach and lo and behold, everything is fine again. And that with minimal effort. After work, a quick half an hour for training, which is great fun here. The personable trainers are very professional and therefore the training is absolutely effective. I was already registered in the gym, but at some point the membership was rather passive because I couldn't motivate myself. Here I have the dates that suit me best and consequently go to training that is fun and looks good. What more do you want.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I gained a few pounds during my pregnancy, in the first 8 weeks after pregnancy I did not do any sports but was very dissatisfied with my weight. Through the training and the changes in my diet, in just 4 months I almost reached my old weight as before the SS :) The trainers are amazing! They also motivate you when you don't feel like exercising that much on a day. After that you always feel super fit. I can only recommend it. I'm already looking forward to declaring war on the remaining kilos and that goes without a problem with the best form team and the training is also a lot of fun :) A huge thank you to Sinan and the boys.
