Fantastische Erfahrung: During a stay in Bad Mergentheim, I registered for four weeks at clever fit. Although it was more expensive than an annual contract, it was completely okay due to the 24-hour opening time and included drinks flat, solarium and hydrojet. The advice was good, detailed and competent. I have some experience with back-friendly training and found Life Fitness and Hammer strength equipment in good condition and well-maintained. If something was wrong, the device was locked and repaired as soon as possible. The cleanliness was also very good. There are sufficient hygiene wipes and disinfectant dispensers. Even the best organization cannot do anything against notorious filthy piglets. There are enough cardio machines, of course the obligatory guided weight machines and a large free weight area. There is also a functional area and a large course room. Thera bands are found as well as pezzi balls. There is no milon circle etc. but a small introductory circle, which in my view is suitable for beginners. I think the support in the studio is exemplary. In fact, I was approached by an employee to do an exercise differently. Has actually not happened to me in years, but I found it good because I actually did an unusual exercise variant. A conversation developed and with a hurry I was given an appointment with one of the employees for my problem area. Unfortunately, he was on vacation that day, but the colleague kept the appointment and gave me some tips and showed exercises. Very good. But one should not overlook the fact that the employees cannot be everywhere and of course there are athletes who are not interested in a joint and muscle-friendly training method and who train accordingly. Usually they can't be said. There is a comparatively high proportion of “pumpers” who train with the appropriate noise and weights. Bad Mergentheim apparently houses a large number of people with a migration background, and the proportion among the trainees is correspondingly high. But everything is relaxed and a good tone. The opening times can not be better that you can train 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Top. Even at 5 a.m. I wasn't alone on the training area .. The Hydrojet was a wonderful wellness facility after training and was rarely used because I was able to train in an “anti-cyclical” way. At peak times, the parking lots are in short supply and the studio is also very full. Basically, I was always annoyed about the use of the smartphone during training. People. It makes sense to use a device for 15 minutes to do three sets of 12 repetitions on the leg press. I then asked if I could intervene, but it was stupid because typing on the cell phone during the breaks and even the exercises apparently became standard and the devices were occupied for an unnecessarily long time. I found this very strange and the staff was at a loss, because if the smartphone was banned during training, the studio would be empty. The music was perfectly okay most days. The studio is fully air-conditioned, which is certainly excellent in summer. All in all, I can only recommend the Clever Fit for both beginners and advanced. The supervisors who are present during the day have an idea of ​​what they are doing and can also demonstrate corresponding qualifications. This is by no means the case in every "premium studio" as with me on site, where you should pay 60 euros a month. If I went to Bad Mergentheim again, I would train there again immediately.
