The courses are awesome and the devices are also up to date :) You have to have trained there to experience the atmosphere and the friendly atmosphere among members and employees. The wellness area has been renewed and has become very nice. Sauna is great. Here you will find exactly the relaxation you need after a stressful day. Value for money is justified. Fantastische Erfahrung: The Lady M is a sports and wellness oasis that offers targeted fat cell mobbing. The courses are awesome and varied. The equipment on equipment is exemplary. From Milon, Power Plate to the new rowing machine (of course, a Concept2) is all there. The spa offers many opportunities to relax. The friendliness of the dedicated trainers who do their job excellently is significant. Especially mothers have their source of relaxation here. Because the kids club, with its friendly staff and the diverse range of games, makes every child's heart beat faster. With interesting actions a lot is done for the members and the nutrition is not neglected. I am a qualified fitness trainer myself and I can say that this GYM offers the luxury class, at a fair price. On hygiene and cleanliness is also much value! An absolute gain for Öhringen and fully recommended.

The devices are all quite new or brand new and just great. Everyone can find something here. You can also learn many exercises for at home here. The wellness area is very nice and invites you to relax. Thumbs up for the motivated trainers who really make an effort. Monitoring for longer membership is also good.
