If you are looking for a studio where there is a good atmosphere, where the equipment is new and well-maintained, where the trainers are nice and competent, and - also quite importantly - the audience is pleasant at all times of the day, then you have come to the right place. In addition, there is a chic and modern design and a wide range of courses. You can find the owners themselves standing behind the bar for a chat every day. The opening times are sure to suit everyone! More is hardly possible ... Keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Everything has its time, everything starts in the head. We are constantly changing ... including our goals. Often it is time, motivation or priority problems that determine our everyday life. It was the same with me. I wanted to change, to break new ground, because after 50 years some stubborn love handles have set in. They should / have to go. Once you've made that decision, going to the gym isn't that difficult. Finding the "right" studio is a hurdle to overcome. I looked at different studios and got advice on site. As different as the needs of the exercisers are, the studios are just as different, which I quickly realized. For me, as a newcomer in this field, a good studio should meet various criteria: professional competence, friendly support, cleanliness, beautiful furnishings and high-quality equipment ... but the most important thing for me was the atmosphere in the studio ... after all, you're never too old to keep fit. I chose Peoples because I see what I expect from a fitness studio to be. Like everywhere else, there is of course still room for improvement, I could imagine one or the other, but these are small things. The team on site goes to great lengths to meet the needs of the trainees. I can only recommend advice and a trial training session to you, including those aged 50+, take a look at it and then decide for yourself. I am confident that, with the support of the team, I will achieve my personal goal in the next year.

Today's level is top, not to be compared with the past, with a very good range of equipment and courses. The communication with the guests, regardless of their age and fitness level, as well as the provision of information via the Internet, is also top-notch. In this respect 5 stars from me and if you are unsure whether you want fitness at all, you can "try it out" for 4 weeks before you commit yourself to a contract.

The contracts are fair and without long notice periods and hidden additional fees. In addition, the diverse and young team of trainers is super friendly, open and competent. Upscale fitness center with plenty of space and all the equipment you could want. The free weight range ranges from 2.5 to 52 kg. The right address for advanced athletes as well as beginners. Clear recommendation and a thumbs up! Keep it up!

Trainers were always present. When I moved at the end of the year to change jobs, I was released from my contract early as a gesture of goodwill.

The equipment on the training area is well arranged, the large roller door is open in good weather and provides plenty of fresh air. ***** BUT ***** not enough ... The great demand for the LES MILS courses as well as the ZUMBA and CYCLING courses made the Peoples management act quickly. Another very large course room with windows all around was created. Fantastische Erfahrung: Outstanding studio! I was already a customer there at the time of EasyFitness and have to say that the studio has developed very nicely during this time. Due to the numerous devices in the training area, there are seldom delays. A separate course room is available for courses. Sauna and solarium complete the offer. I like the lounge area best. Smoothies have been on sale for a few weeks. I also notice the wide range of courses on offer. My favorites used to be indoor cycling and pilates. Today I focus more on light fitness training. The ambience in the studio is modern, bright and friendly. Right from the start, I liked the large hall with the large roller door at the back. As a result, the training area is well ventilated and it lacks the smell common in other studios. The staff is competent and very friendly. Maybe I'm a little old-fashioned, but I like it when I am greeted with a friendly word and a smile in the morning. The club managers are also friendly to me and are always open to suggestions and suggestions. I have no problem with early termination as I keep my contracts. I don't understand why people want to take advantage of temporary contracts and then dodge the time commitment. For some time now, the studio has also been offering monthly terminable contracts. Another highlight are the club's parties. In late summer - September / October - the club's summer party takes place, last December there was a smaller event at Soul4Driks in Bad Nauheim. Hopefully this will now be a regular feature. There is a lot on offer for my taste. That's why the price-performance ratio is right for me.

All in all, I really enjoyed my time here and can recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a good alternative to do sports and exercise in the area.
