Fantastische Erfahrung: I started EMS training to improve my posture and get rid of my back pain. After 6 training sessions, I already notice a noticeable difference in the problem areas on my back and my posture has also noticeably improved. For me it fits very well that I finished my training in such a short time. I am very satisfied with the personal training for body shapes, I enjoy it and can only recommend it.
