Fantastische Erfahrung: Probably the best gym I've had the opportunity to train in. Thank you Stefan for taking the time for a guided tour. You could tell how much work you put into the sports workshop and how much passion you put into it. Will definitely pay you a visit again

Fantastische Erfahrung: The sports workshop and its owner deserve more than 5 stars. This gym is really unique. Whether you are a hobby athlete, bodybuilder, powerlifter or cross-fit athlete, there really is something for everyone. The equipment collection is nothing short of impressive and unique, with a variety of machines for each exercise (Nautilus, Gym80, Galaxy, Cross Ax Tech and many more...). Rounding out this insane collection is Stephan's expertise, experience and vision. In contrast to many discounter studios, the sports workshop only has machines that can be used for meaningful and targeted training. Finally, I would like to thank you again for the great training in the sports workshop! Unfortunately, I live in Cologne and therefore have a somewhat longer journey, but I will gladly accept this again in the future because every kilometer is worth it. If you live in the area and are considering starting weight training, then there can be no other option apart from the sports workshop. Once you've trained here, you'll never want to train anywhere else.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Each training device is selected with attention to detail - everything has meaning and understanding. Just like every other detail in the studio - from the coffee to the composition of the shake mixture. Stephan and his employees (Sandra, Anna-Lena & Manu) are super helpful and you can tell their passion for sport. The studio is really great and the training was a lot of fun. When we are around, we will definitely go there again to train - thank you very much again and see you soon!

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best equipped gyms in Germany. But it's best to start over. I started talking to the owner years ago via social media. After we met with a little luck at a seminar, we planned a seminar on my part. A little time went by and we then looked for a location for a seminar and at first we weren't sure because Meschede was not as central, but I was seldom as wrong as I was with this assessment. The sports workshop is awesome. Everything is really right here. The machine park is not sorted according to price or novelty, but according to which machine brings the most to the customer. Stephan Entian, the owner of the sports workshop, has a knowledge and understanding of biomechanics, training planning down to the smallest details, which machine is suitable for whom and why and what problems it could cause. The classroom is equipped with an abundance of barbells, kettlebells and good (!) Cardio machines that you want to use. The gravity room impresses with the selection of almost EVERY dumbbell variant you could want, in any size. I've seen a lot, good and bad gyms and crossboxing, but such a lovingly and well thought-out studio as the sports workshop is very, very rare. We look forward to every seminar and every visit!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm just excited. First to set up: The studio offers a wide range of training options: kettlebell, barbell, machine training, etc. REALLY EVERY device has been carefully selected. The studio manager has a story for each device or a detailed explanation of why this was included in the range. By the way: There is extremely good coffee, a drinks machine, a machine for energy and protein bars and a protein shake machine (water-based). - I don't think I will drink / find better coffee in the next few months. About the staff: The studio manager Stephan is motivated and involved with body and soul. You can tell in the conversation how much heart and soul has flowed into the studio. I would wish for other studios that they would learn a good deal from the concept and the management! The team is friendly, professional and helpful. I felt comfortable at all times. If I should ever be in the area again, I will definitely stay there for a few hours again !! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for the exciting days in your sports workshop.

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the, if not the best gym in Germany. There is no one who pays more attention to detail than the owner Stephan Entian. Nowhere are there more top machines, really good trainers and the best service. Every machine that stands there has its purpose, has been carefully thought out and individually selected. Every pole you can think of can be found there. Absolute top recommendation!

Die Betreiber sind mit Leib und Seele dabei und das spürt man in jedem Wortwechsel. Würde Ich hier wohnen, käme keine andere Einrichtung in Frage. Fantastische Erfahrung: Whoever enters the front door here is amazed. This atmosphere, paired with wonderful people on site and the BEST machines including equipment in all of Germany puts every studio I've seen so far (and there were a lot) in the shade. Anyone who loves this sport to some extent will immediately notice the special place they are in here. The operator and his wife pour all their passion and attention to detail into this place. For me it's not just any studio - but a dream of every athlete! If you have the privilege of being able to train here and maybe even live in the area, you are just incredibly lucky and get everything (and even more) you need. In addition, I simply have to take a stand for the operator, who could easily demand twice as much or even more contributions from their members. I pay in my Place 20 euros more (and that for a cheap imitation) and up to now I didn't even know that such fitness equipment as there is in Meschede even existed. Words cannot describe what this man did there. It's amazing what you did there! Thank you for letting me train for a few days in this special place! We'll see you again very soon!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have never seen a studio that was furnished with as much attention to detail as the sports workshop. To put that much time, money and dedication into a gym, you really have to live the sport! For me, it was an absolute enrichment to be able to test many very rare and ingenious machines that can hardly be found in any gym due to their value. Unfortunately, I live with a driving time of more than 1 hour, too far away to register here and to be allowed to train every day. However, anyone who lives nearby and trains here is really lucky to have such an exceptional studio in the area. Thank you again Stephan for your invitation! Fantastische Erfahrung: Just wow! Anyone who has ever been to the sports workshop will never be happy again in a "normal" fitness studio... The operator lives, loves and breathes training and you can feel that on every corner in the sports workshop. The best equipment, a machine park that is second to none and no unnecessary frills. Freaks get their money's worth here and newcomers are well looked after and at a more than fair price. It can perhaps best be described as follows: I live 5 hours by car from Meschede and am seriously considering coming there for a weekend ONLY to be able to train in the sports workshop. Would you be willing to sit in the car for a run-of-the-mill studio even 10 minutes longer than absolutely necessary!?

Fantastische Erfahrung: If you want results, sign up here. The training devices cannot be compared with those from cheap discounter studios. Not even remotely with high-priced “premium” studios. You will certainly not find a studio with this equipment in GERMANY. Not a single. And I say that as someone who has been a trainer for about 8 years and has been training for over 10 years. I've seen pretty much everything by now. But this is where my jaw dropped all the way down. This is not about cheaply and quickly placing any devices that are chic. It is really important to the operator and his wife to give the member the best possible results by looking for the best equipment and machines from all over the world. And that doesn't mean that it's not chic here, on the contrary, the atmosphere is great, the staff incredibly competent and cordial. No wonder that this is also the place where the most competent trainers in Germany are regularly trained and educated. Here you can find everything. Really everything. Even historical devices on which even world stars like Silvester Stalone sat in "Rocky 3". Here you can see what happens when you combine heart, passion and madness (in a good way). Every single machine is placed with love and aligned with human biomechanics in such a way that they can optimally grow their muscles. In peaceful Meschede is the Mecca of strength and health sports. Who would have thought that. On the other hand, every high-priced studio can pack up. The only downside here is that you have such great equipment and options that you can't regenerate as much as you want to train and try.

Been training in several countries on several continents and seen things like "the gym". Nevertheless, I was simply speechless when I realized what a treasure lies hidden there. Fantastische Erfahrung: You don't even know where to start. A studio of the absolute elite class in my opinion. Every spectrum of sport is really covered here, from health prevention to amateur athletes to competitive athletes. There is as much love and passion in this studio as I have ever experienced in my life. The people behind this grandiose work cannot be surpassed in terms of their expertise and at the same time are incredibly warm. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I'm looking forward to my next visit there :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: A very well equipped studio and no comparison to an average gym. The staff is very competent and friendly. There is a pleasant atmosphere and you can tell the passion that the director, Stephan Entian, puts into the studio. For every application there is a machine or dumbbell variant selected according to the use and quality of the sports equipment. So far I have mainly used the barbell area, which is equipped with competition-level equipment and is therefore ideal for weight training. Overall, it was a very recommendable stay and I'm looking forward to the next training session!

In my experience, the sports workshop is one of the absolute top addresses in Germany. You can find EVERYTHING here for both competitive sports and health sports. Fantastische Erfahrung: Have a lot of different and specific machines . Quiet, safe and very very clean. All coach, staff and members it's very friendly. After registering you have app planer for select each hour you want to train. You have access depending your membership to a lot others activities, like Funcross, Krav Maga, others. Only verified members/with access can enter in gyn while you're training. Have free parking lot. The price not equal to others but it have superior quality

Fantastische Erfahrung: On Saturday I was visiting Meschede with my girlfriend. Fortunately for us, we were able to arrange a trial training session in the sports workshop. The sports workshop is the best equipped gym we have ever been to! There is felt every (!) Failed machine and every conceivable high quality equipment. Super friendly and competent trainers, great equipment and a great atmosphere to train. You can tell that a lot of passion and commitment has gone into it! Here there is really everything a strength sports heart desires. We hope to be able to train here again in the future.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been in nursing for 29 years and have 20 years ahead of me. So I had to seriously think about how to do it. I became aware of the sports workshop through a friend. At first I hesitated, thought I couldn't keep up and group training isn't necessarily my thing. After a lot of back and forth, I decided to do a trial training session. I've been there twice a week for half a year now and it's great, I feel really good there. 20 years of care? I can do it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolute premium class of this shop! How can a fitness studio that looks inconspicuous at first sight is so convincing? Quite simply: an owner with passion and understanding. Fantastische Erfahrung: Laudation to the sports workshop: "from" zero "to" ninety-nine "and hopefully never back!" Some time ago the doctors said: “Well, you have to live with that ?!” I took pain pills every day, here and there there should be a massage and physiotherapy, I should have constant knee operations…. I didn't feel like doing that, because it was too destructive and googled ”. I came across the homepage of the sports workshop. The name made me curious. Workshop, construction, conversion, repair? Well, the trial training date offered on a Sunday could hardly be argued against; here I could not use the usual counter arguments such as work, husband not there, child, etc. My fear of getting into a "gym" with posing and lacquered individuals did not come true, on the contrary! It has now been 2.5 years. Since then I have been training continuously and today I am symptom-free! Migraines - headache - neck and back pain - bad knee problems - foot pain - belong to my past! I really enjoy training here and I feel “right at home” in the company of the coaches and all the other members. I look forward to every training session, which due to the concept never gets boring. For myself I can say that I have found my sport, hopefully into old age! I feel physically and mentally strong and have been extremely productive ever since. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been in the sports workshop for a long time and can not give anything but 5 stars. Like other members, I have never had any significant complaints about the equipment, but the owner tries to expand and improve it again and again, which he does well. One notices that he is with passion and also has a broad knowledge of the matter. The group training sessions he always designed varied, so that no demotivating monotony arises. If you want to train alone, there is a very well equipped weight room available. And he always has an open ear for the needs of his customers and takes them seriously. I can recommend the sports workshop to anyone who wants to do something for their health and fitness under qualified guidance.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training there for over a year, after more than 4 years in other fitness studios in Meschede. Since there is the weight room in the front area, I train less in the group in the classroom, but individually in the weight room. This is equipped with 4 hammer racks, Eleiko weights, a large pulling tower with each handle of the manufacturer, dumbbells up to 60kg with small weight increments of one 1kg and 2kg and kettlebells up to 40kg. There is also a wide range of special rods and special devices from well-known experts in Europe and America. A weight room that shows the fascination of the operator for weight training. The operator / trainer himself is a very personable and talkative man who pays attention to the correct training of the members at all times and passes on a lot of his specialist knowledge to the members. Seminars are held regularly on weight-related and general topics that make everyday life easier. I personally can only recommend the sports workshop and would not leave it to train in conventional studios again.
