Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very satisfied with my rehabilitation sport

Positive Erfahrung: Das Gute vorweg: eine große Auswahl und scheint sehr sauber zu sein. Das Negative war der Trainer, bei dem ich ein Probetraining absolviert habe. Er wirkte recht angespannt und wusste mit mir nicht wirklich was anzufangen. Ich musste alles vorgeben. Wäre ich Laie, würde mich das total überfordern. Er kam nicht sehr selbstbewusst rüber. Zu dem wurden mir Übungen gezeigt, die nicht wirklich effektiv sind (Seitheben für die schräge Bauchmuskulatur,what??). Viel zu viel Gerede, das sehr gezwungen und unsicher rüber kam. Habe mich nicht sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich weiß nicht, ob die anderen Trainer ähnlich drauf sind, ich hoffe nicht. Für mich kommt dieses Studio, aufgrund von möglichen Falschinformationen, nicht infrage.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I regularly visit the sauna in the Balance Fitness & Wellness Center. She is highly recommended. The infusions are always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and also has some surprises in store. For me it is wellness, relaxation and pure relaxation. A big thank you to all employees. Keep it up.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice entrance area! Everything is of high quality, well-kept and clean. The offers are very extensive. A wide range of courses and lots of strength and endurance equipment. Of course there is also a sauna area and solarium. The team has been in the studio for a very long time, which suggests a good working atmosphere. Finally, there is a physical practice in the studio that also works at a very high level. None of this is available at a dumping price. In my opinion, a studio of high quality shouldn't sell below value either.
