The trainers are very competent and to ensure that there are only a finite number of rooms, they were efficiently equipped with training equipment. Right now, during the corona pandemic, I am very impressed how on the one hand the hygiene concept works, but at the same time you don't get the feeling of being restricted in your training. I've heard from many friends who are registered in other gyms that you either have to book time slots or stand in line. None of this applies to the AFC. I am very grateful for that. Keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm a true fitness center freshman and feel very comfortable at AFC. I was initially competently advised, got a specially tailored for me training plan and now train twice a week and I enjoy. Friendly atmosphere without "gebagger" ;-) & dandies without fuss. Very clean, down to earth, friendly, honest and good. I like to go to my AFC!

Very friendly staff, great trainers (Markus and Michael, thanks for the great functional training), good equipment and a very, very fair contribution. Anyone who is annoyed with the termination of contracts here probably has a wrong idea of ​​contracts. These serve planning security for both sides. There are different terms in the AFC, with different contributions. If I want to have cheap premiums and therefore accept a longer term, I cannot request that I get out of the contract earlier. We have e.g. started with a term of 6 months to give us a picture and are now in the annual contract. As far as I know, the AFC is the cheapest or at least one of the cheapest studios in the Rheingau and cannot be compared in price with Vitafit or Vivana. Depending on the contract, you may pay there. twice as much. We feel very comfortable here and are always happy to come back !!!

The staff (thanks to you - great team) is friendly and you always have an open ear and give you the right training tips. Whether free dumbbells, equipment, power room, etc., it covers every fitness requirement. The precautions for Corona were implemented in an exemplary manner. The AFC stands for fitness and health, so I think the precautions are important and in no way excessive, therefore i.a. also my 5 stars with +++ behind it. As for the prices, they are absolutely okay. Please keep it up - in this sense, see you tomorrow .
