What I think is really good is that if the courses are cancelled, you have the opportunity for personal training. I can recommend the gym to everyone

Also the whole studio is in a modern style and is kept very clean by the staff as well as by the customers. Fantastische Erfahrung: Very clean well organized studio. Competent and friendly employees/trainers as well as a friendly boss who is always there to help and advise. Training plans are tailored to you personally, any existing health problems are taken into account and incorporated into the plan in order to improve them. So I was able to get a lot of help after my knee surgery. Pain therapy also highly recommended, after 3/4 years with pain in my shoulder I am finally free of pain. Thank you - I highly recommend this studio!

In addition, there is the pain therapy for a few months, which I already could enjoy myself and was able to convince myself of the effect itself. Fantastische Erfahrung: I can highly recommend this great equipped studio. Even sports muffle come here to their liking. All staff are always courteous and nice, you feel like home and well. But especially Thomas Gessler should be mentioned. He is always on fire and tries to help each customer in the best possible way with his friendly, competent manner. A HELL on his Liebscher and Bracht pain therapy training, which has helped me after a few treatments because of strong tension to be able to breathe freely again. THAT nobody has managed before.
