Fantastische Erfahrung: Even before I came to CROSSROXX, I did sports regularly. At some point, I simply tested CROSSROXX on the recommendation of friends and have never been able to get away from it. Everyone is warmly welcomed into the community here - no matter what level of sport you are at. Training at the highest quality level in combination with lots of fun training and passion for sport are the daily program here. Anyone who wants will get their money's worth here - up to 6 times a week! Meanwhile, CROSSROXX is above all the unique community, an integral part of my life that I would not want to be without.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great Mommy Workout!! Perfect for getting back into sports after pregnancy, the focus is on post-natal recovery and the pelvic arch. I also thought it was great that it was explained why it is important to strengthen the pelvic floor and how you can do this very easily in everyday life. After the course you are fit for the rest of the courses.
