Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe das Coaching mit individuellen Ernährungs- und Trainingsplan gebucht: Bin total begeistert. Ich wurde 8 Wochen lang super betreut, habe Rezepte, Anregungen und einen speziellen Trainingsplan erhalten und habe mit großem Erfolg 6 kg abgenommen. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen.

You can also do a fitness check there every 3rd month, in which your values ​​(muscle gain, body fat, ...) are measured. It can only be recommended and is exemplary for all other fitness studios

The trainers are always nice and helpful, point out mistakes in order to avoid movements that are hazardous to health and always make an effort. The progress of success is also measured at regular intervals, which always brings you up to date with the latest state of your body. Generally one of the best quality studios I've ever been to. I can only recommend it.
