Fantastische Erfahrung: For me the best gym in the Böblingen area.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Since the end of 2019, Björn David has built one of the highest quality fitness studios with attached physiotherapy that is available in the area. The difference to other Gym XY Studios? Above all, the top-class staff (physiotherapists and also staff with a sports science background), who not only have standard knowledge of how to set up a device, but can also tailor the effect of the exercises to personal needs. This is not fast food! To strain a furniture comparison: the Impuls Essence is the USM shelf and the Gym XYs are the Billy shelves. It also works, but doesn't hold up so well, it's wobbly, so it doesn't last long and you have to try out a lot yourself instead of being professionally instructed. The equipment park in the impuls Essenz is highly modern, mostly chip-controlled, with path control to have the right posture and there is an enormous amount of special equipment that is normally only found in the rehabilitation and physio areas. All this together ensures that a highly individual training plan is developed and implemented. In the last 25 years I've seen a lot of different fitness studios and also physiotherapy practices: this is the S class among the studios! I myself had severe back problems for over 20 years due to muscular tension, which I got under control in combination with physiotherapy and the gym. The years before I was also in the standard gym XYs and unfortunately I had neither the support nor the equipment (a lot of pumps) the opportunity to get the subject under control. Thank you to the whole team at impuls Essenz! And finally: a monthly terminable contract of currently 68 € is absolutely acceptable for what is offered here! If you pay 20 € less, you save, but you won't have the same training success if it's about more than just a routine. On the side: there is an underground car park that is free for Impuls Essenz users. Very convenient !

All employees friendly and competent, a huge compliment for that. All equipment in good condition and the courses are effective. The training program was individually tailored to me personally. The price is absolutely justified for what is offered. As soon as something is defective, it will be dealt with within a very short time. Hygiene is very important here. The studio is upscale and recommendable
