Fantastische Erfahrung: Just over 2 years ago we moved to the area from Okinawa Japan and within the first week of living here I was introduced to CrossFit Undisputed by a friend. It was the best experience!! I was so nervous because I had never been to a CrossFit gym before. My nerves were calmed as soon as I walked into the box. I was welcomed with greetings and smiles and was instantly part of the family! The coaches are AMAZING, the members and so encouraging and the owners are so kind and truly have a passion for helping others improve their fitness. The CrossFit Undisputed owners, coaches and members have really become my "fit family". I love going everyday, and when I need to bring my kids, they have the most amazing child care area for them to play in. My kids even ask if they get to go to the gym to play! I can not reccommend this amazing CrossFit Gym enough.

It is a fantastic place to work out, with very friendly and professional coaches and staff. It has very well-equipped and clean premises. I train here nearly every day, mostly to keep fit but also to workout with the many friends I have made since joining this gym. I highly recommend it..!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I haven't done exercise for a while. The team of coaches are excelente. They always willing to help you to do the exercises correct. It's a work out team environment. Very nice atmosphere. Also for new moms, the place also offers daycare.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A nice clean box that is well equipped. The training area is lined with rubber mats and there are free lockers in the changing rooms. The training offer is really good, both quantitatively and qualitatively. The first course starts at 6 in the morning, so you can train during the late shift. I will also try out the yoga class here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A very nice and professional box. The high rooms and the huge garage door offer a very special training environment. Every training session is accompanied by very well-trained trainers who always help you, whether it is training or nutrition.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Thank you for the trial training with you! What I liked most was climbing the rope because your box is not only large in area but also high and the weight exercises. It was exactly the challenge against the time that I enjoyed doing the exercises. I really liked the location a large, bright, high hall in a commercial area with a roller shutter and the equipment is also good I am looking forward to the summer when we organize games and open the roller shutter :)
