Fantastische Erfahrung: feel-good place! We've only been registered for 2 months and already feel like we've been there for years. Before that, I had debated whether a gym was even suitable for me. One of the reasons that made me hesitate was the thought of whether I could feel comfortable there as a woman. The concern was nipped in the bud during the trial session. Alex, Sebastian and the whole team create a welcoming, respectful, friendly and supportive atmosphere. This means that I can relax and concentrate on my individual training, developed with the trainers. For us, the FFS offers a great combination of training and wellness. The training space is manageable and offers state-of-the-art, diverse training equipment that never seems too crowded. What I personally really like is the subdued music that plays in the training area, it can push you if you want to listen, but it doesn't overwhelm you if you don't feel like it. The wellness area always delights me anew and also invites me to relax for longer periods of time, which I find to be a great asset.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Way better than any studio chain can ever be! You immediately feel welcome and after a few training sessions you already feel part of the whole. We've been there since November, we're being looked after and advised very well, and the training schedules are also regularly adjusted. The team with the bosses in the middle is always nearby and approachable, just as competent as they are nice - also with each other - and that is absolutely natural and authentic. The audience is also very likeable - from young to old, from just starting to been there forever and totally mixed - you feel totally comfortable even as a fairly untrained normal person. Apart from that, equipment and technology are constantly updated - you can tell after 6 months - and the really large and newly renovated sauna and wellness area alone is worth a visit. In short: it's just fun to go there, a real enrichment for us!

Sports for course participants or on the equipment, a really great sauna area and a bistro for delicious little things, where can you get this in this combination. The training plans are well thought out and target-oriented and the new Bio Circle rounds off the whole thing. Not to forget the huge sauna landscape, which not only invites you to relax after training.
