Fantastische Erfahrung: Anterior cruciate ligament tear. Shock diagnosis for me. Nothing worked anymore. 4 weeks on crutches. Knee was completely unstable. Horst gave me back the confidence in my knee. He explained the whole structure and function of the knee to me in such a way that I understood what happens in the knee. The exercises were great. Fantastische Erfahrung: 5 stars in a double pack! My wife and I go there together and are at peace. We use the 1 year training offer. There is a great team on site, all three are open-minded, friendly and you don't have to wait long for questions. With both human contacts, you have the feeling that there really is know-how, which is well dosed and well explained. The third in the group ensures real relaxation during the training break ... because it is the local "therapy dog" The training plans are tailored to our "ailments". Before our first training, we were checked for any physical (additional than the ones we mentioned) deficits and were given a suitable plan. The instruction on the devices was also carried out very conscientiously. Interesting: after the second application I felt relief that lasted only 2 days, but it was there. Of course, I also shouldn't expect everything to be corrected during the first training session. But you can see the success that comes over the weeks - be it through more weight and less trouble. It is also great if a complete change of the training plan is possible on the occasion of an event. The rooms are consistently clean, modern and also in color, well coordinated.
