Fantastische Erfahrung: About 4 years ago I was given a voucher for personal training. After a long time, I've finally redeemed it. This went without any problems and a nice trainer immediately offered me an appointment, which is not a matter of course after such a long time. It was discussed beforehand that the training should include deadlifts, squats and bench presses. My wishes were granted. After a brief introduction to theory, it went straight to practice. You have to say that I'm not a beginner and that it was really about little things to improve. The trainer had extensive knowledge, good tips and worked very professionally. They could also help me physiologically. In my biggest problem exercise, squats, the trainer was able to immediately diagnose a lack of hip mobility, and more so on the right side. I've been working on it ever since and it's getting better. In the end, I was tortured for another 20 minutes and reached my limits. All in all a super helpful and exhausting workout !!

Competent trainers, a great family atmosphere and modern equipment that leave nothing to be desired for beginners as well as for advanced skiers and professionals. What struck me most positively is that you are asked about incorrect postures or incorrect execution of an exercise in order to improve or optimize your posture. I have already seen it in some studios that the trainers walk past you because they may not be interested in your job, which is a shame. I would really recommend this studio to anyone who wants to lose a few pounds in a relaxed and friendly environment;)

Fantastische Erfahrung: The GreyGym is, in my opinion, without a doubt the best fitness and crossfit studio in the region (and far beyond the region). The quality of the coaching and the competence of the trainers is not nearly comparable to other studios in the region. All trainers are very well educated, mostly with university degree in the field of sports science, comparable study programs or many years of professional training experience, which one really appreciates as a customer! In addition, all staff are very friendly and a wonderfully well-coordinated team! Really good! The studio concept is very well thought out and really leaves nothing to be desired. Whether you're a beginner or advanced athlete, it's the perfect place for everyone to pursue their training goals! I really like coming here and I can recommend the studio to anyone without any reservations!

The staff is technically very competent, helpful and motivating.
