Fantastische Erfahrung: Thanks to an event during my pregnancy, I learned that Jana also offers fitness classes for pregnant women. Since Jana has a great eye for me and my health in this course, is very flexible and a very great person, it was clear to me that I would like to do the next courses with her with my baby. Thus I have attended 3 more courses (Fit thanks Baby Mini and Maxi). It was a lot of fun, even if you had a good sweat. My little one and I felt really comfortable with her (with this supply of toys and games) that is no wonder. Just to be recommended. Fantastische Erfahrung: It's great to do sports again after birth. You can put the little kids into the exercises. And has no problems organizing a babysitter extra. And you can still do something for yourself. It is fun. It is also a place of exchange. I liked music and encouraged to stay in rhythm. Jana makes the courses easy with heart and a lot of creativity. Young and old have their fun here. I took two courses in a row.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have attended a total of 3 courses with a baby (back fitness after pregnancy) with Jana and I am super satisfied. It is really fun for her (top motivation), she checks if you are doing the exercises correctly and deals with each individual individually. She is also super fond of the little mice and toys are always available in abundance. She is very accessible and organized, also when it comes to catching up lessons.
