The monthly price is perfectly fine considering the services. Although the studio has no windows, it is well air-conditioned and you never get the feeling of stuffy or unclean air. Because the studio is so well lit, you don't necessarily notice the missing windows. I cannot understand negative reviews of the staff, as they are always friendly and helpful, which anyone who trains in this studio can confirm. Even a spontaneous trial training session wasn't a problem. Only longer opening times on weekends would be desirable.

I have been training in another somewhat older Viva fitness studio for 1 year (where the equipment is good, but not nearly as modern as in Wildeshausen) and I am super satisfied! The "care package or starter package" does not only consist of a water bottle, towel, etc., but also of the anamnesis and advice, preparation of training plans, nutritional advice, support during training, etc. And since the beginning of my membership, I've only had good experience. The plans can be analyzed and adjusted regularly (for me about every 8 weeks) with a trainer, and the trainers are also regularly available to provide advice and assistance. Folks, there are also studios (speak from experience) where every 1/4 year an extra "coach fee" is required in addition to the studio fee. The trainer even created a personal plan for "home training" for me when I was locked down. The equipment in Wildeshausen is really good and super modern. And if the contribution also includes solarium, drinks, coffee, massage and power plate, etc. I really don't know what to complain about. In addition, as a change of pace, I can train in every Viva fitness studio (I have 4 different studios in the vicinity) and can choose where I want to go right now. As for the review with the "secret photos", there was recently an influencer day where photos were taken, but certainly not secretly without consent. I am very satisfied and can only recommend Viva Fitness. ....... and no ....... I am not writing here as an employee, but as a member ....

Everything is clean and the trainers are super nice, they often pay attention to the correct execution of the exercises and offer help. The devices are the top hammer, many devices that are used in "old" studios are not even noticeable in the desired muscle groups. AND TO THE "CARE PACKAGE" - FOR EVERYONE (SORRY, THAT MANY SEEMS TO BE) - IT'S NOT A DEAL !!! AROUND THE DRINKING BOTTLE ETC., THE GIFTS WERE FREE! THE SUPERVISION PACKAGE IS THE SERVICE FEE THAT APPLIES TO EACH STUDIO AND EVEN ONLY ONCE ON REGISTRATION INSTEAD OF EVERY YEAR! Writing bad reviews because of ignorance or because you may not be listening is really borderline. You can only guess to everyone, since it is of course really not for everyone to train without a window, go there, have a look, do a test training if necessary and then decide.
