Fantastische Erfahrung: A really very good studio. The selection of training options is plentiful, the studio itself has a very large area filled with equipment. There really is something for everyone here. However, the service is what sets the studio apart from the rest. There are regular personal appointments in which the use of new devices is shown. The training plan is renewed every few weeks, in addition to this there is a body scan that records in detail how successful the training is. At this point a special thank you to Julian Barowski for the really good service.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Seit mittlerweile über einem Jahr gehe ich regelmäßig (!) in der DIEz Arena trainieren. Das heißt schon was, bei meinen bisherigen Fitti-Anläufen in anderen Studios bin ich nie länger als drei Monate dabei geblieben. Warum das so ist? Die „Arena“ wurde vor gut einem Jahr erst neu eröffnet, somit sind alle Geräte und auch die Umkleiden usw. technisch auf neuestem Stand, modern und hochwertig. Die Betreuung durch die Trainer ist fachlich (gefühlt) sehr gut, wenn sich beim Training irgendwo der Pfusch einschleicht, wird man recht schnell, freundlich und kompetent korrigiert. Das gesamte Team ist einfach klasse, und ich habe in dem ganzen Jahr auch nicht einmal einen nichtgutgelaunten Trainer gesehen. Es gibt kostenlos Wasser. Zum Jahreswechsel war es leider sehr voll, aber das betrachte ich mal als „Lohn für die Gute Arbeit" Update Juni '22: Ich bin soweit noch zufrieden. Personell gab es einige Wechsel.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Modernes Fitnessstudio & Sehr guter Service. Das Fitnessstudio ist recht neu und hat Moderne und neue Geräte. Als Abonnent kann man in regelmäßigen AbständenTrainingsupdates und Körperanalysen buchen. Hier werden neue Traingsimpulse gesetzt und der Trainingsfortschritt aufgezeigt. Das Fitnessstudio zahlt sich unter den Premiumfitnessstudios, dem Entsprechend bezahlt man auch seinen Preis als Mitglied. Ist aber natürlich kein Vergleich zu Fitnessketten etc. Ich finde die Mitgliedschaft lohnt sich, ich kann es jedem Empfehlen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr sauberes und modernes Studio, geräumig und mit guter Atmosphäre. Nicht unbedingt günstig, aber den Preis wert!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The DIEz Arena really convinced me! There is a large pool of equipment that is very modern and balanced in terms of the training goal. Since my focus is on powerlifting, I was happy about the high-quality Eleiko weights and the fact that there were finally enough squat racks. But the studio also has a lot to offer in the area of ​​"functional fitness". The studio's clientele is accommodating and the general vibe is casual and comfortable. The arena also convinced me from the point of view of the staff. The boss is down to earth and sincerely tries to take care of his customers. The two trainers I primarily came into contact with, Julian and Mika (LG), have done a good job of designing a workout that brings me closer to my specific goals while taking my training focus into account. As I said... All in all, highly recommended.

The range of different courses is huge. Anyone who would like to enjoy a sauna session is also in good hands here. The changing facilities and showers are convenient and clean. In general, dealing with each other is extremely friendly. Sufficient parking spaces in front of the DIEz ARENA complete the excellent overall picture. Through the purchase of new equipment and the offer of rehabilitation courses, something new is always offered.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Nice open air-conditioned studio with new training equipment, an indoor running track, good courses and very nice staff! There is enough parking space and even two free charging stations for e-cars / plug-in hybrids. It's a shame that there are no infusions in the saunas. I can recommend it to everyone!

Positive Erfahrung: Super Studio mit tollem Trainerteam, großem Kursangebot und allem was man zum trainieren benötigt. Man bekommt eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre geboten. Außerdem kommen immer wieder neue Trainingsgeräte hinzu, so wie aktuell die Multipresse. Auch zu Stoßzeiten sind genügen Parkplätze vorhanden und auch der Außenbereich zum trainieren ist super. Schade finde ich, dass man in dem Saunabereich nach Absprache keine eigenen Aufgüsse durchführen darf sowie dass der Sauna Außenbereich fehlt.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely fantastic gym. I live in the USA and DIEz ARENA is the only studio in Germany that I've seen that can keep up with the big American studios. It's super big, ultra modern (some of the devices are more "high-tech" than in the US - check out Milon and Sensopro!), And the team is professional and friendly. I had previously only seen an indoor running track like in the DIEz ARENA in the Airforce Base fitness center in Las Vegas. Just great. The courses are professionally run, the trainers give perfect instructions - I wish I could take some of them with me to the USA (shoutout to Jason, Moritz, and Nadine!). I haven't seen the sauna area yet, but I've heard that it's super beautiful. Next time! Great studio. My new "home away from home" gym!

Fantastische Erfahrung: My go-to gym in the entire Limburg region !! I've tried numerous studios and none of them can hold a candle to the Diez Arena. From cardio training to strength training to functional training, there is something for everyone. The whole team is incredibly nice, always helpful and greets you every day with a smile. The entire arena was designed in a super modern way and all equipment is state-of-the-art. Even if you want to try something new, the arena team is always there to help - keep it up!

Fantastische Erfahrung: For the first time since the second lockdown I have been training indoors again. It was a great atmosphere again. The team makes every effort to make the training an experience. I love this atmosphere, the possibilities that the arena offers, such as an indoor running track, a large free-hand training area, a number of cardio machines, and Crossfit training equipment. I hope that you will be able to use the sauna again soon, because the sauna facility is also worth recommending. An additional highlight are the outdoor running track and the outdoor training area. All in all, a successful concept combined with a strong and competent team of trainers.

Super lovely and competent staff and great equipment and equipment in the sauna / relaxation area, where nothing is lacking. Body analysis, training updates, pulse-controlled training ... an absolute plus for motivation. The real highlight are the employees. Professionally and above all personally, absolutely top class! Super diverse and you are always offered something new. Nice equipment and very varied opportunities to train. The courses are always great and you have a lot of fun there. My highlight is the fascia course on Friday and what I find beautiful, the career inside, I have never seen anything like it. The training plans are perfect and the trainers respond to special requests. The boss always has an open ear. Overall, I don't know where to find a better gym in the area. Keep it up!!

The weekly appointments not only work on time, but they are able to motivate me every time so that I can be there with great fun and ambition even after a hard day's work. Selina adapts the exercises perfectly to my individual fitness goals and manages to challenge me until the last minute. My training successes came faster than I hoped. So I can only say: It doesn't get any better than this!

Now after more than 1.5 years I can give the first real feedback. I continue to train continuously and enthusiastically, the support on site and the positive employees always help if there is a problem with the exercise of the various devices and are always on site for questions. The generous range of courses is convincing at all levels, varied and feasible and above all motivating professional course instructors who motivate you and can inspire you beyond your limits. In addition, the belt and app system from MyZone comes with what the heart rate counts and gives you feedback about your training performance with me and many training partners. The check-in is very quick and uncomplicated using the Diez Arena bracelet, which I find very convenient. The sauna area and the showers are very, very clean and felt cleaned and disinfected every two hours. There are a total of three saunas, two mixed saunas and one for women. All in all an outstanding fitness studio which is definitely way ahead in Limburg Weilburg Diez Wiesbaden. It's always fun and a great training experience, which the professionally managed team also shows (for me) measurable results. I can only recommend!

I signed up here shortly after an injury and always received a lot of support. My trainer Nadine in particular always gives me new exercises and impulses that are specifically tailored to my needs and wishes. For me it was definitely the right decision to register here!
