Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been an athlete for many years and know several studios and sports facilities in Germany. Due to some changes of residence. There is only good news here and lots of praise. After some renovations, the park is huge and yet manageable. The staff is of such impressive, consistent friendliness that I often wonder how that is possible. Your wishes and worries will be noticed carefully in order to find the best way for your training. So if you are looking for a studio you should come over here. The great location near the forest should also be mentioned. Keep it up!!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Dear Sportpark team, contrary to my usual habits, I simply have to give a review. Because I'm enthusiastic about the wide range of offers for every age group (I'm not the youngest anymore). The competent advice at the beginning and the great support showed me that I was in the right place here. In the sports park I found everything to improve my health and fitness. And the best thing is that after just the first few weeks, my knee and back pain has decreased significantly. I can recommend the well-kept facility with a clear conscience.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best there is in the area. A variety of equipment and courses with excellent trainers and course leaders. This is rounded off with a top wellness area with an infrared cabin, sauna and massage tables.

There is a super pleasant climate, the training machines are not only in top form but even automatically adjust to me, thanks to my training chip, which remembers the last settings and adjusts. The yoga classes are just great. Lots of special promotions! This is a studio that places great value on healthy movement, where you can become pain-free. Thanks to the professional, committed, friendly Sportpark team, I was spared this operation. Fantastische Erfahrung: Which devil actually rode me exactly three years ago when I decided ... ...... to call the young sports scientist and courageous founder of the Sportpark Elz, Alexander Arendt, to arrange a membership? A survey among friends had shown that this sports studio should be by far the best in the area. Still, I was queasy. I hadn't played any sport in my whole life (supposedly due to lack of time, actually out of laziness). Now these martial-looking machines stood before me. I heard about courses where I couldn't even interpret their names. And the most difficult question: Which outfit did I have to buy for the first time ??? Well, membership developed into a happy coincidence. My joints are much more flexible. After a short time, I discovered muscles where I did not know that I had them in these places. My friends say I would walk more elastic, powerful, upright, leave a sporty impression and no longer shuffle around like a wet sack. Overall, I feel much better! Alexander Arendt, Christian as training manager and the entire team understood how to develop and implement a coherent concept, which, according to what I know, clearly distinguishes this sports studio. Qualified, committed and friendly supervisors are always active on the training area, at least for those who want it. I experience a friendly atmosphere between the athletes, no matter what time of the day you exercise or whether you use the sauna. A variety of devices are available for endurance, strength training or stretching exercises. The two eGym circles offer modern electronic support and up-to-date performance control via app. An almost unmistakable number of courses covers the spectrum from young mothers with babies to rehabilitation sports. Lectures on training methods or healthy eating complete the offer in the sports park. In the "time out" there are delicious little things from Hamed and Anna and sometimes a beer. Recently I've even got the protein shakes through my throat. In short, membership brings me a lot and I enjoy being here. Congratulations to all of you on your five year anniversary. I hope that I will write about your ten-year-old just as enthusiastically. F.

Flexible contract terms, some open from 7 a.m., etc., member requests are taken into account here. Very pleasant members. a great team, always up to date and always friendly and helpful. Fantastische Erfahrung: Important: My review only refers to the first assessment and advice, I did not practice there. Those who need such a recession shouldn't read any further here. We took a look at the studio and informed us in advance. It makes a very well-kept and thoughtful impression, the people I spoke to are enthusiastic and like to go there. A tour was not possible during our visit. Nevertheless, we spontaneously received a detailed information and consultation. It was noticeable that the information providers (we spoke to two trainers on the evening) were well-versed and mastered their subject matter. I got the impression that you could be in good hands there. I still decided against membership for various reasons: - Unfortunately, the opening times do not match my working hours. 8:00 on workdays is just too late for me, in the evening it often gets very stressful around 22:00, I just noticed in the previous studio that I was reluctant to go to training with such stress in the long run. The fitness park in Staffel that I have chosen is open from 7 am to 11 pm, and I also booked a room with 24/7 access for a surcharge of € 3. It's great if you don't sleep well at night and want to work out, or if you train before work! - The prices are certainly fair, but in my opinion very violent. 130 € as admission fee, plus the monthly fee, and you have 24 months "at the cheek". There is also a regular (quarterly?) Service fee. If you add all of this, the price is already high. After my last experience in the old studio with a similar segment requirement, I just didn't want to tie myself up for so long and also try out training or have a 12-month period. A good choice and close support for beginners in fitness. But you should also compare whether you can't get a better performance elsewhere. Probably one of the best studios in the area, but just too expensive for me, and the long term commitment in combination is an uncertain credit for the future, without you even being able to try or look in advance. Since I have had very bad experiences on several occasions, I simply do not want to go back anymore and decided on an inexpensive studio with a significantly shorter minimum contract term. I expect little there and cannot be disappointed. In other words, the prices would be reasonable for me with a shorter contract term (6 or 12 months), but I only want to conclude 24 months if I also know that I will get what I personally expect. If that is the case, I am also flexible with the price. Perhaps one would rethink the often common condition design that customers gag directly into uncertain and long-term contract terms. I think it's a shame, but when in doubt I give reason to preference.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Since I have suffered from fibromyalgia for years, my doctor has prescribed rehabilitation for me. I was recommended the Elz sports park. Family, friendly and easy. ☺☺ Another 2 stars for the professional qualification of the staff. The training plans are set up and executed very carefully. Not just for the sport itself, but also for rehabilitation. Especially here, a lot can be done wrong and the complaints can be made worse. However, there are qualified people working here who handle one carefully. ☺ The value for money is ok. Health training, courses, sauna, infrared cabin, trainer appointments, training controls, advice and training plans are available at a reasonable price. It does not stay that way, but it is regularly taken care of the member and its successes. All in all, I can highly recommend the sports park, especially in terms of rehabilitation, but of course for the actually sporting success.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I don't actually write reviews, but this is very important to me. So that I can get out of my "comfort zone" (I'm almost 40 :-)) and lose a few more pounds, a friend recommended the sports park to me. With a little inhibition in front of gyms, I went to the first conversation and was immediately fired up. Everything was very professional and yet familiar. Great devices and very pleasant atmosphere. Actually, I just wanted a little bit on the treadmill and cross trainer, but thanks to the new eGym equipment that "young and old" use, I also lost my inhibitions about lifting weights :-) The care is great, ... all nice & cool and with questions etc. they are always at your side with answers and tips. It is also absolutely worth mentioning that things (devices, outdoor facilities, etc.) are constantly being renewed or optimized. I am always happy to go to training ... that says it all.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I came to Sportpark Elz via a rehabilitation measure. Since I found the training opportunities as well as the ambience as well as the excellent personal and very competent support great, I decided to stay fit there permanently. The training participants can be found at any age, so that you can get in touch with like-minded people very quickly. I then suggested in my company to go training together once or twice a week. We were also given a great group offer for this, which is also taken into account for tax purposes. All in all, I would always recommend the sports park with a clear conscience.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I don't normally rate anything on the internet, but I had to make an exception here! Why I give one here now is due to the comment of Mr. Little. During training yesterday, I noticed that the trainers in the sports park were talking about an “unfair 3 star rating” on Google. Then I asked some questions and found out that the person who gave the rating had never trained at the Elz Sports Park. As I was told, he was only there for a consultation about a year ago. How can you judge the price / performance ratio? My partner and I have been at the sports park for a little over 2 years now and we can only say that we have never been looked after as well as here (have visited 3 other fitness studios in the past). We haven't regretted it from the first visit (initial interview) until today! The entire offer is great and they really take care of you. The Sportpark Elz team is always present and supports them with advice and action and takes care of the members. We feel that we are in good hands! Sustainability and fitness come first for the team. You can tell by the constant innovations and further training of the team! Certainly you can train cheaper, but then you have neither this friendly and familiar atmosphere, nor such a well-maintained facility and certainly not this competent support. So it's better to try it first before you give a wrong and unfair review in public!
