Fantastische Erfahrung: Outstanding atmosphere. Really great team and good facilities. If you want to escape from a boring and cold gym atmosphere or if you want to feel "at home" in your gym, you should definitely take a look here :) The beautiful terrace invites you to sit outside with a delicious coffee or protein shake when the weather is good. The courses in small groups with a view of the garden and the possibility to do them outside in summer are something very special. The whole mood that is carried by the team and the atmosphere is just great. It is clearly recognizable that a pleasant concept is being pursued here and that it is not just about handling customers. Simply recommendable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can only give it 5 stars with two thumbs up! For me, the best studio in the entire southern district with a super nice and competent team of trainers, very well-kept equipment and premises that hardly any other studio can compete with. I feel very well looked after there and comfortable to do something for my balance and my health. Keep it up, highly recommended! :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been with Muscle Up since July 2021, I've been to other gyms a few years ago. I have to say I like Muscle Up a lot better. The atmosphere there is unique, you feel very comfortable at home. The special thing is that there are several rooms on two floors, so you don't feel like you're being watched like in other fitness studios I've been to. The people who work there are very sociable, relaxed, help and advise a lot if you have questions or don't know what to do. I can only recommend people to come by and see for themselves.
