Positive Erfahrung: Klasse Möglichkeit um Badminton/Squash zu spielen zu fairen Preisen. Sauna (Finnische) ist zwar alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen, für den Sport danach und zu dem Aufpreis (+4€) aber völlig in Ordnung. Nettes Personal.

Fantastische Erfahrung: It is not like other fitness studios, it is recommended, it is not so crowded that you feel like you are being watched and there are great courses that you can take part, I myself go into kickboxing and zumba, it is very fun. The staff and the owner are all friendly towards customers and like to laugh a lot. Laughing is healthy :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super great studio Every 5 weeks I get a new training plan with a 1.5 hour briefing. I have now lost almost 20 kg in 8 months. In the showers and changing rooms, it is always very clean and well-kept. Staff and trainer team are always attentive and friendly. Keep up the good work you are the best.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best gym. -Top price / performance ratio -Experienced trainers Inc. very good care -Very good climate between members -Never overcrowded -> always space I started at Jumpers in 2016. Neither had care of Coaches, the personal atmosphere was still good. Okay, that's an understatement. You feel uncomfortable, get stupid looks / comments, devices are broken for weeks, there is shit in the showers, it is always overcrowded and you have to pay for explaining exercises such as the bench press. Staff are absolutely uninterested in the health of members. With Fit und Fun we already have all the exercises in the trial training were made to get explained. If you have any questions, you always get an answer with an explanation. The training plans are great. A new plan every 5 weeks. The perfect change between different training methods. With every exercise, attention is paid to age and the associated health. Conclusion? We did more in 4 months of Fit and Fun than in 14 months of Jumpers. Endurance / strength and weight are currently increasing steadily. Definitely a registration, but at least a trial training session is worth it.

I like the division between old school and gym, super clean and very friendly, the coaches are always there and extremely competent, especially the members with each other are very nice to each other. Big plus is the indoor play area.
