Fantastisches Erlebnis: Today I had the last time back training (herniated discs, arthritis) had. I can only say it was a wonderful time for me. In which I learned a lot. Fantastisches Erlebnis: I've been looking for a gym for a long time, because I'm very overweight .. No one has convinced me before, because I have always felt alone with my problem alone. I had the feeling that the whole studio does not care what you do while you "train". But here I finally have the feeling to be taken seriously and the feeling to be supported so that you really reach your goal. The personal trainer I met were very nice and motivate me to come back. Was here for the second time today and signed me up. I'm curious about everything else. :) I can only recommend it.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Actually, I've always been the biggest sports muffle but jenni and her dear team made me rethink! I am a member since 08.2017 and it is a lot of fun to train in this family atmosphere! Mostly it is perseverance but you also get good exercises shown for strength training! the trainers are always at your side with advice and action. Regular check-ups support motivation to continue I am very happy there and can only recommend it to everyone ❤️
