Fantastische Erfahrung: Here you can train time-saving, very effectively and without much frills. Since I train with body shapes (about 2.5 years), my orthopedic problems have become significantly less. The technically extremely competent coaching team has always new exercises "against the current in stock", corrects immediately erroneous movements and motivates one in a very friendly way to cope with the very strenuous training. EMS is never boring and I am always looking forward to doing so much good to my body!
