Fantastische Erfahrung: The Lavida is a super nice, well thought-out fitness studio for everyone. Older people who want to do health sports as well as younger athletes who focus on building muscle will find what they are looking for in the diverse range! The courses are particularly recommended! Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, stomach legs buttocks, .....! Personally, I have already pursued various goals during the time I train at Lavida and have been supported in each case. Be it losing weight through new training plans and nutrition tips or building muscle mass or endurance. The employees are competent and also individual, which is why you can be sure that there is a good contact person for every question. Especially for beginners, I can only recommend visiting the Lavida and having a training plan made there to get you started, which can then be renewed from time to time depending on your progress! During the Corona times, Ralf and Ute go to great lengths to continue to provide their customers with sporting incentives, as many courses are online.

If I had more time, I would often be there on the spot;) Clean, enough employees whom you can always ask a question. Enough to drink and really good sports equipment. What I would wish for more, something in shape, which is still fun and where you can use your own body weight. But for the size, really well equipped.
