Fantastische Erfahrung: I have a very busy schedule. I work sometimes with heavy lifting and I need to be agile and nimble.I am also a representative for an indigenous people at the United Nations. Lastly I am also a student. So there have been many challenges that lay before me. I was over weight, not eating properly, and not sleeping well often sick. Now through Rueckgrat Emmendingen and Kenzingen I have lost over 10Kgs in weight, my life’s zest and strength are returning. I am feeling much younger and fitter than I have for 20 years. I can’t thank the Team at Rueckgrat Emmendingen enough for their patience and coaching In my opinion they are amazing
