Positive Erfahrung: Was there for the first time for an appointment for a trial training there. The trainer showed me every device where I would like to train most of my favorite and gave me a briefing that I do everything right there. It took time to show me the whole studio and the trainer promised me to create a training plan if I came regularly. Since I can not decide on a contract for professional reasons, I was offered the opportunity to pay a lump sum on each training day. Excellent! I was absolutely happy that I have the opportunity to train with the E-Gym and my bracelet with Rfid chip on the devices was recognized immediately and the devices automatically adjusted to my height. The whole studio is very clean (I've never seen it so clean in a studio) and care is taken to be careful with the equipment. I also think it is good to be told to turn off the treadmills after training to save valuable electricity, in my opinion makes sense. I have been there a couple of times and all the staff were always very friendly, the trainer came to me more often than asked and asked if everything was clear. The dressing room is a bit small and could be a bit more modern (closets and keys, storage space, etc.) The showers are clean, also a bit old, but OK. For the slightly upscale price, there is no sauna, but a top ambience, clean well-kept new equipment and nice people. For me exactly the right thing to train from time to time ;-)

Positive Erfahrung: I have been training in the studio for some time. I cannot understand the negative statements. If you want it cheaper, you should visit a 24/7 studio. I was well advised and many of my friends could not say anything negative. I highly recommend the studio. Good, new equipment and a very clean classroom. The showers are also very clean and large. Corona demands discipline and not only from those who do sports, no also from the self-employed who have to stand up for it.

I particularly like the opportunity to be able to pay for one's training days individually. But I have to deduct one star because I think the prices are really expensive. The prices are not cheap, but the ambience and the location justify the price. The studio is always clean and well structured. I can not and do not want to understand some negative reviews, presumably because of personal frustration and revenge. Nobody forced me to conclude a contract until today, it should be a matter of course, if you do something regularly for your body, that you then contractually binds. I'm absolutely satisfied, if I want it, then I get everything explained or get a personalized training plan for me. Otherwise you can also undisturbed complete your own schedule! Prohibition signs are not at all, that there are certain rules, is also a matter of course.

However, one also has to say: It is up to everyone to decide whether they want to accept the wide range of offers and complete professional and health-promoting fitness training, or whether they would rather let themselves be made "crazy" by overpaid TV stars.
