Mrs.Sporty Club Eschborn

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been going to this club for almost 6 weeks now. I originally started with the intention of doing a 6-week program, but after the trial session I realized that this is the way I want to train and that a conventional gym would only have been an option for me in an emergency anyway. I then decided to become a member and do my personal training about 3 times a week. Already after 4 weeks I see results and feel good. I like the friendly atmosphere in the club, I especially enjoy the supervised training, where new ideas for the intermediate exercises are always given. The premises are very clean, it is always tidy and the ladies are always very nice and in a good mood. A recommendation from me, trial training is worthwhile just to get to know the training concept.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was able to get to know this club as part of a 4-week "belly path study" and was very impressed by the ambience, the Mrs. Sporty concept and the very individual support from the great team. With the competence, a lot of energy and a good mood of the trainers (especially Simona!), The exhausting half an hour was always fun and effective. If the route from Frankfurt there weren't so impractical for me in the long run, then I would become a member there. A clear recommendation for all women who want to train together with others in a nice atmosphere!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym for women. Chic remodeled, bright, friendly and absolutely clean. You feel very comfortable there and can train with joy. Competent trainers are always available if you need help. During the LockDown there was an online alternative, that was great. And there are always great tips on nutrition and health on Instagram. You should definitely get to know the special concept yourself in order to understand the advantages over other "normal" fitness studios. In any case, it is nice that there are no annoying, groaning musclemen or influencer girls who just pose in front of a mirror and take photos for Instagram. This is actually about fitness for "normal" women.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I got to know the studio in Eschborn through the 6-week weight loss program. The training was varied and exhausting. Just right to achieve my goal . I particularly liked the atmosphere. I immediately felt part of the team, the trainers always had a smile on their face and were always in a good mood. And we were well motivated during the training and always gave tips on the exercises. Unfortunately, the journey from Frankfurt was a bit difficult for me, otherwise I would have stayed.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice place. You get advice on nutrition and excercisen plan and trainings are guided and groups small. Also good for non- German speaking ladies. Well done ladies!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was in the studio for a 4 week belly-away study. I was very pleased with the result in terms of weight loss. The studio is very nicely furnished and a family sense of community developed immediately with the trainers and other members. I also liked the structure and the course of the training from the start and made me sweat a lot. The trainings are intensive and are tailored to your own fitness level. A change to another level is possible at any time. During the course, the trainers give helpful tips on posture, exercise and diet. I can highly recommend the studio and the courses they offer.

Nicole, Simona and Claudia respond individually to the needs, possibilities and goals. They always have an open ear, are motivated to help, there is a lot of laughter ... and .... no matter how physically fit you are and how you are mentally (especially nowadays), I feel after every training session better, in good hands and looking forward to the next training session. Fantastische Erfahrung: Since May 1st, 2019 Mrs. Sporty has a new club owner. She works with a lot of heart and tries really hard to make everyone happy. I had already quit (with the old club owner) because I had moved, but since I couldn't find anything comparable that was so fun, I was very happy to register again at Mrs Sporty. The training is effective and I was able to lose a lot and keep my weight in a relatively short time. The team is great and I can only say: "Thank you and keep it up =)" Addendum after renovation: It has become really great. A real feel-good studio. And I've seen some Mrs. Sportys :-). Fantastische Erfahrung: Since 01.05.2019 Mrs.Sporty Eschborn is under new management. Since then with a lot of "heart", friendly and with good character. Especially with competent trainers and lots of fun! I can only award 5 stars for the team ..... Better, more customer-friendly and more competent it does not work. Just try it out and form an opinion yourself

Positive Erfahrung: Fortunately, since 1.5.2019 a new managing director is responsible. She deals decently with complaints and dismissals and looks much more customer-oriented and v.a customer interested, as the predecessor. I think everyone who still has concerns, thanks to the negative experience before, should give the whole thing a chance. You can tell, Mrs. S. is with heart. I have deducted a point, because I still beats the time until 30.4 on the stomach.
