Positive Erfahrung: I am completing a program here on so-called FPZ therapy, for which my health insurance company, Barmer, pays the costs. Since I've been plagued with back pain for years and only physiotherapy doesn't help. Therefore, muscles are now being built up in a targeted manner. For this I was first tested / measured so that the deficient muscles can be trained accordingly. There are correspondingly many devices that can be set for me in such a way that only these muscles are addressed without the weak muscle parts "suffering" and causing greater pain. Twice a week for 1 hour is compulsory, otherwise no progress would be achieved. But that was already clear to me beforehand. The program lasts approximately 2.5 months. After that, you should of course continue to train at least once a week so that the muscle build-up is at least kept in the form it has achieved. After 3 units today, I cannot say whether I will be pain-free then and what the result will be for me. For me it is definitely a good thing that I have professional guidance at my side and that I can rely on it. The equipment and the sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly. I don't know whether it's because of the pandemic or because of my appointments, around 10 a.m. it's usually pleasantly quiet and not overcrowded.
