Fantastische Erfahrung: The Aventio Sportclub Kippenheim is a heartily run fitness studio with a familiar touch, where you are more than "just" a number. You receive individual support from competent staff with the option of creating a training plan that is individually tailored to your own needs and anatomical peculiarities, with regular adjustments to the plan. In addition to the classic dumbbell and equipment area, the studio not only has a cable pull station, a functional fitness station with TRX, a power plate and an extensive stretching and mobility circuit, but also a new e-gym system that analyzes its own training progress, saves and always sets new training stimuli and can even perform maximum strength tests. The Aventio is definitely not a classic anonymous open-plan gym, but a smaller studio with a select audience and its own family charm, where you can just train in peace, especially as a woman, from health sports to ambitious fitness training. As an ambitious exerciser, I felt incredibly comfortable there and can only warmly recommend the studio.
